What is a Professionally Sealed Surprise Product (Repack)?
Professionally Sealed Surprise Products, sometimes referred to as repacks, are items that have been packaged and professionally sealed by a manufacturer. The contents of each specific package are not known to the buyer or the seller before it is opened.
These products may include factory-manufactured sealed items, as well as curated and repackaged products that are sealed as part of a complete series.
For example, if a manufacturer takes individual sports cards, packages them together, and professionally seals the package, that product would be considered a Professionally Sealed Surprise Product.
Are the contents guaranteed?
No. Repacks and sealed surprise products are mystery-style products. Each package may vary, and specific cards, players, characters, teams, or hits are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the product description or checklist.
Do you provide a checklist?
Yes, when applicable, Wax Hype Breaks will provide or reference the available checklist for the product or series. The checklist may include product details such as brand, series name, total quantity, item type, condition, and other identifying details.
Are values guaranteed?
No. Market values can change at any time. Any estimated value, past sale, or comparison shown during a live stream is for reference only and is not a guarantee of current or future value.
How do Wax Hype Breaks case breaks work?
Wax Hype Breaks runs live case breaks where customers purchase spots based on the format of the break. Formats may include random team, random player, random character, random movie, pick your team, pick your player, pick your movie, or other clearly stated break formats.
The format and rules will be announced before or during the live show. Once the break begins, cards/items will be opened live and assigned according to the posted break format.
Does buying a spot guarantee a hit?
No. Buying a spot in a case break does not guarantee a card, hit, autograph, numbered card, chase card, or specific player/team/character/movie. Some spots may receive more items than others, and some spots may receive no hit depending on the break results.
Are all sales final?
Yes. All sales are final once a purchase is made, a repack is opened, or a break has started. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted due to buyer’s remorse, missed hits, market value changes, or dissatisfaction with break results.
What happens if there is a mistake during a break?
If there is an assignment, sorting, or shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details. Wax Hype Breaks will review the issue and work to resolve confirmed mistakes fairly.
How fast do you ship?
Wax Hype Breaks ships as quickly as possible after live shows. Shipping speed may vary depending on order volume, show schedule, holidays, carrier delays, and whether orders are combined.
Can I request upgraded shipping or insurance?
Yes. Customers may request upgraded shipping, signature confirmation, or additional insurance before the order ships. Additional shipping or insurance costs may apply.
